We are not using Building 3 for Convention Functions

As of now we are planning on using the same general layout that we did last year, however that is always subject to change.  We'll let you know as changes are made, but this page reflects the current layout of the facilities that we will be using for LibertyCon 28.

Building 1 we try to reserve for guests, and although it is closer to the Convention Center please bear in mind that it can be difficult for those with ambulatory handicaps since there is only one very small elevator in the building.

Building 2 will once again be the main space for attendee rooms, and the first floor will once again host the room parties. This building is the closest to the ConSuite, and also is a bit more handicapped friendly due to the larger elevator.

Building 3 can be used for attendee rooms, but IT IS A QUIET BUILDING SINCE WE WILL NOT HAVE ALL OF IT TO OURSELVES! If you plan on having a room party, please let Brandy know so that she can get you a spot on the first floor of Building 2.

LibertyCon to get the special Con rate!

Rates are $112 per night for a standard room, which is a good deal less
than the standard $179 that you will get otherwise!

 In the event you fly into Chattanooga Airport and stay at the Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel, they offer free airport shuttle service.  Please call 423-266-5000.  Let them know your airline, flight number, and arrival or departure date and time. They request that you call at least 24 hours in advance to ensure timely transportation.
