Armondo Borboa

Armondo Borboa

Having fought two wars on three different continents, Armondo Borboa is a former Paratrooper who spent a total of 28 years in uniform fighting for Mom, apple pie and all of that good stuff. After a debilitating injury left him unable to continue doing cool things like jumping out of airplanes, kicking in doors and hosing down bad guys, he switched focus and spent the next decade as a Unit Public Affairs Representative for the Army. As a UPAR, he wrote thousands of news, feature and opinion columns that, like any good tall tale, do contain at least a grain of truth in there somewhere. Now retired and living in Oregon, he spends his time as a stay-at-home Dad, being a bad example to his kids and attempting to write his first full-length novel.
