Brian Lee Gnad is a software developer specializing in marine electronics integration. He currently works for a major marine products manufacturer and serves on the National Marine Electronics Association Technical Standards Committee working primarily on the NMEA 2000 and NMEA OneNet standards.

He is a HAM Radio Operator who also works for the Broken Arrow Emergency Management Agency as an instructor, as a storm spotter, and performing post disaster damage assessments. 

Brian lives with his very patient wife of 25 years and his little dog, Sammie, in Tulsa Oklahoma. A place where one can have a very good view of tornado season and some seriously exuberant weather!
