Rich Garber's fannish life started over 40 years ago with some friends in the Air Force, and led to an early visit to the Worldcon in Baltimore.  This also introduced him to the local fandom and got him involved on the original staffs of Con*stellation and LibertyCon.  His primary interest has always been gaming. This has allowed him the chance to design, playtest, and run games in many different conventions around the region, as well as meet many of the major designers in the industry.
