The Alpha Mercs is a group of writers,  editors, and artists. Our group is all published and practice the philosophy of “rising tide” mutually supporting each other by sharing critiques and open calls. This Roundtable will be a nuts and bolts approach to the establishment,  development and maintenance of such groups. The discussion will touch on determining if a particular group is a good fit. Also,  if and when a writer might have outgrown a group. Sam Robb moderates.
