Tabitha S. Bragg is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, who for her whole life has had her head in the clouds. This has worked out quite well, providing a career ranging from rendering clouds for VFX work to building "the cloud" for some very large companies.  Her writing and world building has benefited greatly from the deep and broad technical knowledge accumulated over the decades by allowing her to map out future technologies and trends in consistent and believable ways.
