As President, Technician, Writer, Director, Producer - Bill Ritch is a long-serving member of ARTC and has directed and produced countless live and studio productions. He is the author of The Doom of the Mummy, The Menace From Earth (adapted from the Robert A. Heinlein short story), and The Weapons Shops (adapted from the A. E. van Vogt story).

In 2015 he was awarded the Thomas E. Fuller Lifetime Achievement Award.
