Chris “MOGS” DiNote retired from the United States Air Force as a full colonel with 25 years, 7 months, and 29 days of service, but who's counting? He deployed for Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and Noble Eagle, served in South Korea and Germany.  Chris is a graduate of the US Air Force Academy Class of 1999, and a 2003 graduate of the USAF Weapons School.  He writes and edits military-flavored speculative fiction for Raconteur Press. He blogs at the Substack site Upstream Reviews. An amateur musician, Chris has also played saxophone and bass in several bands.  He was born in Philadelphia PA, raised in South Jersey, and currently resides in the Florida Panhandle with his wife and fellow author Jaime DiNote (aka "Liska McCabe"), their daughter (and fellow author) Remy, and young son Rhys.
